LINED PAPER PRINTABLE

A perfect page, from the first print.

The file is precise. These four settings help your printer keep it that way.

01

Match the paper size

Load the same size selected in the editor. A4 and US Letter are different dimensions; switching between them can crop or scale the sheet.

02

Choose Actual Size or 100%

Disable Fit to page, Shrink oversized pages, and any automatic scaling. Use the PDF viewer’s print dialog for the most predictable result.

03

Check your margins

Most home printers cannot reach the edge of a page. Our default 15mm margin leaves a generous printable area. Your printer manual gives its actual limits.

04

Print one test sheet

Enable the 50mm print-check marker in advanced settings. Measure it with a ruler. If it is not 50mm long, check scaling before printing more copies.

PDF, PNG, or SVG?

PDF is the best choice for printing: it preserves physical dimensions and sharp vector lines. PNG is a 150 DPI image for use in other apps. SVG is an editable vector sheet; keep its millimeter dimensions when importing it.

When a print looks wrong

Missing light lines? Choose a darker color or increase thickness. Extra browser headers? Use the dedicated Print sheet button or download the PDF. Physical output still depends on your printer and its driver.
